About me ...

Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, and having a safe, supportive space to talk can make a real difference.

I have 15 years’ experience working within the charity sector, providing counselling to service users across a range of organisations.

In addition, I bring more than 20 years of experience in leadership and team development. I hold both a degree and a master's in management practice.

I'm a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within the BACP ethics and standards.

I also have 1-1 Supervision which allows me to continuously develop professionally in the work undertaken.
