Inclusive Counselling.
Honest Dialogue.
Affirming, Person-Centred counselling for LGBTQI+ people and anyone seeking an open, honest space to explore life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding and create meaningful change.

About me ...
Life can be complicated, but therapy doesn’t need to be confusing. I provide an inclusive, LGBTQI+-affirming counselling service built on openness, authenticity and real conversation.
As a Person-Centred counsellor, I won’t tell you who to be or how to live your life. Instead, I offer a supportive space where you can think freely, speak honestly and explore what matters most to you.
Whether you’re questioning identity, navigating relationships, managing anxiety, coping with loss or seeking greater self-understanding, we’ll work together at your pace to help you move towards the life you want to live.
In addition, I bring more than 20 years of experience in leadership and team development. I hold both a degree and a master's in management practice.
I'm a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within the BACP ethics and standards.
I also have 1-1 Supervision which allows me to continuously develop professionally in the work undertaken.
