About me ...
Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, and having a safe, supportive space to talk can make a real difference.
I have 15 years’ experience working within the charity sector, providing counselling to service users across a range of organisations.
In addition, I bring more than 20 years of experience in leadership and team development. I hold both a degree and a master's in management practice.
I'm a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within the BACP ethics and standards.
I also have 1-1 Supervision which allows me to continuously develop professionally in the work undertaken.

This allows for greater flexibility, easier accessibility and minimises those extra needs to get to/from a venue on time.
About the sessions
Each session will be 50 minutes.
Considerations in preparing for you virtual sessions:
- Be in a place where you feel safe to talk.
- Have a glass of water/cuppa to hand.
- Be in a quiet & comfortable environment.
- Test your laptop/headphones are working.
